When you pay for "Dream Big Cash" you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Please keep for your record. We keep a data base over your Dream Big Cash (works like a gift card). 

When you would like to use your Dream Big Cash you just sign up like normal for a program. During the payment stage you select "Pay By Mail". Instead of mailing in a check we will adjust to pre-paid in your account. We will deduct the amount from your Dream Big Cash amount. If you don't have enough in your Dream Big Cash Account, you just pay the difference.
