Improve, have fun and get ready for coming season!
This program is open to all female players in grades 6-8th (will be dived up appropriately when needed).
Coach Maiya Green (former college player and very experienced coach) will be running this program. We will work on all fundamentals including passing, shooting, dribbling, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, speed and quickness.
Sessions are 75 minutes total, = 25min of warm-up and skills followed by 25min of full court scrimmages and after that 20min of half court scrimmages and shooting repetition.
Girls Grades 6-8th (a few years of playing experience is highly recommended otherwise our Fall Skills Academy is a better option)!
