All deposits are non-refundable and no refunds will be given for cancellation of an event by participants if Dream Big Basketball is notified 24 hours or less before said event is set to start. If it's more than 24 hours before an event when cancelling, a credit will be issued to your Oasys online account. This credit can be used towards any of our future programs. No expiration date. No refunds will be given for missed days, classes, training's, or any other missed time of an event. If a class does not meet the minimum number of registrations, a full refund will be issued. If a player get sick or hurt we will look at doctor's recommendation and make decisions regarding refunds/credit on a case by case scenario. 

**I understand that my child’s place in an event is not reserved until I have paid the full price for said event.**
