Dream Big Chick-fil-A Scholarship: We are offering a limited amount of scholarships. They are available through our scholarship assistance program, sponsored by donations from private people, organizations and businesses. The scholarships are aligned with the CMS Free & Reduced Lunch guidelines (or similar). Please complete the online application below. We need your application at the latest a week before the first session to be able to make a decision and let you know before the program starts. If scholarship application is approved, I (parent/guardian) agree to enroll my son/daughter in one of the Dream Big Basketball Academy Programs I applied for above. If receiving free CMS lunch the program will be offered at no cost. If receiving half off CMS lunch the program cost will be half or regular program fee. As soon as I receive the scholarship I will go online and register my son/daughter for the program.
